Speaker: Dr. David Threm

Topic:

Addressing the PMI Talent Triangle through talent acquisition, development and retention.

Abstract:

The PMI Talent Triangle is built on Strategic and Business Management, Technical Project Management and Leadership. How do we acquire, develop and retain the talent to meet these employer-demanded skills and build high performance teams? For the teams I've built the "how" starts with the talent and their buy in to a relatively simple social contract.
