The PMI Talent Triangle is built on Strategic and Business Management, Technical Project Management and Leadership. How do we acquire, develop and retain the talent to meet these employer-demanded skills and build high performance teams? For the teams I've built the "how" starts with the talent and their buy in to a relatively simple social contract.
As the former EVP/CIO of Ash Brokerage Corp. in Fort Wayne, Indiana, David Threm led the company’s goals for disruptive innovation through software solutions and services. In addition to his passions for transformational and evolutionary uses for technology, he is a firm believer in lifelong learning, leadership, and building highly effective teams.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University, and both his master’s degree in computer science and doctorate in integrated computing from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock. He is an ITT certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, as well as the Association for Computing Machinery.
Prior to joining Ash, he was an enterprise architect for Exelis, application development manager for ITT Corporation and senior system analyst for Southwest Research Institute.
